All caught up. I’m still not finding MCs easier. Can honestly say I hate them with a vengeance although I suspect I’ll be saying that soon for burpees.

Day 9 done ✅ Don’t mind planks, squats, shoulder press, but not sure which I hate more…MC or split squats!

Day 9 done 6kg weights probably up to 8 tomorrow. The planks killed me today but surprisingly, Mc’s getting easier and the split lunge things were ok.

I think MCs are getting easier. Split squats weren’t as bad as I feared, as normal lunges hurt my knee

Day 9 done. Combined the squats and shoulder presses along with my barbell. I have to do mountain climbers off the floor and nope not getting any better at them. Planks getting a bit better though.

All caught up, not dropping behind again, 2 days worth of mountain climbers and 2 lots of planks has just about finished me off!
Like the jump squat thingies though I nearly fell over.

Day9 done. Mountain climbers are not getting any easier. Wall sit worse. I don’t mind planks or any of the rest.

Oh, 6 targets, nearly forgot.
1. Lose weight. I have a target in mind and time span is by next Christmas.
2. Stop being a hermit and join the local running club.

3. Enter at least 4 races this year, the beast race will be one cos it was such good craic this year.
4. Go vegan every other month, been veggie for years so not such a big ask, but no cheese or chocolate! Should help with no.1.
5. Do at least 1 strength and 1 stretch session a week. This challenge has been a shocker!

6. Make more of this amazing area. It has clean seas and lochs to swim in and wonderful mountains and forests to roam. I don't make nearly enough of it and it always lifts my soul when I get out there.
