I'm out of beans. Must remedy. Beans on toast, cooked in a bit of olive oil and garlic, is quality quick comfort food with just a hint of "well actually I can cook really" about it :)

Caught up with day 8. Just one set of MCs and the planks missing from day 9, but they may have to wait until tomorrow. This is definitely giving me a good arm and shoulder workout each day!
