I can’t say I like shoulder presses - but they’re not mountain climbers

I don't mind the mountain climbers. They're not unlike something I do when I go through one of my weightlifting phases.

I should catch up tomorrow. I've been doing my missed days before breakfast and the actual day later on.
I'm finding planks and mountain climbers most difficult, and all the leg ones fairly straightforward.

My split squat jumps were messy today. I couldn't get my knees to bend before landing and was all over the place. I think I was tired. Also had to do an extra star jump because my first one was half-arsed.

Not keen on the mountain climbers at all. I am also getting worse at it, not better... Sit squats had to be adapted to something fit for the ministry of silly walks to protect my dodgy knee...
