Yesterday I was a bit pants as I did it after running, usually do core things before..today only a walk.....so I did a big set of stuff. Day 9 done in with all the other things

Shoulder mobility
60s wall Sit
80 bicep curls
2x30 star jumps
60 squats
2x45s mountain climbers
80 triceps curls
60 upright row

60 bent row
5x30s planks
3x10 jumping lunges
40 shoulder press
10x10 press ups
5x50 sit ups
2x10 T push ups

Sushi.
I meant to post earlier.

All done straight after run.

Added in weights for the shoulder presses and kept hold of them for the squats etc.

That's day 9 done :-) I did vertical mountain climbers today as my hip has been giving me a bit of gyp. I'll go back to the floor ones tomorrow

Days 8 and 9 done. Did a few of the easier ones over breakfast (wall sit, squats) and rest tonight. Thought I’d do three sets of mountain climbers and three tomorrow, but decided not to prolong the pain. Four sets of MC were tough, especially with Terri sets of plans. Oooft!
