I've finally found my ideal mountain climber arena. Outside the back door we've got 3 concrete steps and some small slabs as a path. Turns out it's perfect for height adjustment according to how I feel and the slabs are very sure-footed. Only took 8 days! :)

Done. I will have to find a better weight for the shoulder presses as a Yankee Candle didn't add much.

I am having to adapt about half of these things. Am I ok to progress FFS or should I bow out?
I managed all the plankey things at yoga this morning, when they were doing something I cannot do... Story of my life! πŸ™„πŸ™„πŸ™„

Ah... Just worked out what a shoulder press is... I did it with a resistance band rather than weights...

There are some weights hiding somewhere but I ended up waving a token packet of tea biscuits in each hand! I mean, big packets, but unlikely to appear on World's Strongest Man any time soon.
