Woohoo, done and dusted early doors. It’s interesting that the thing that is hardest seems to change from day to day. Mountain climbers easier, but took heed of the tip to wear grippier footwear. I did the shoulder presses with 1kg weights. The side planks were the killer today, I suspect it’s my poor technique.

Done! Technically hardest is always the right side plank, I think because that shoulder is less stable where I trashed the ACJ a while back
