Right. I have been having a pants week - cold caught day -1. Wallsit day 1. Coldness nasty, didn't get going up to Saturday. Saturday a bit out of sorts, tummy bug. Day 8 and I've only done day 1. Do not want to declare self out though...hopes of day 2 tomorrow...

Looks lovely - send some sunshine here please :)

Day 8 done, jump split squat thingies done slowly and carefully to see what the knee had to say about them (OK but have to be v careful with orm)and not go too low

I thought we were starting with the new one and working down to the wall sit? That’s how I do them anyway.
