Split squats - not sure whether my groin or knees would go first. swapping them for 8x10 step ups. May add in some more ordinary squats partly instead depending on knees.

I didn’t attempt the split squat jumps because my hip flexibility isn’t up to them I don’t think. It was still a good workout though. Thanks, FFS. This is what I did instead....

8 Split Squat Jumps (substituted lunges because wasn’t confident my hip would take the jumping/will look at them again tomorrow)
7 Bodyweight Squats

6 glute bridges (single legged to increase difficulty)
5 30s PLANKS!

4 T Press-Ups

3 Super Star Jumps

2 Mountain Climbers (2 sets of 45secs, RI: 45 seconds)

And a...

1 minute wall sit for a Fetchie!

Day 8 done. I liked the split squat jumps and managed not to bonk my head. But this is altogether getting tough. The wall sit is getting less easy after all the other stuff!
