Can't remember if I already said, but yesterday was very tough on account of my Ketchup circuit on Saturday. Feeling better today, but the challenges are definitely getting spread through the day. Stars & MCs done, will report eventual success this evening.

What fresh hell is this? I’ve got old runner’s knees. I attempted two and ended up stuck upright both times. Thank goodness I insist on privacy for this. I’ve adapted the challenge, starting from a yoga high lunge to dipping the back knee to the floor and up again. That works for me. And all done.

Haha, memories of Karen here too! Just need to find a quiet corner before we go to gate!

I did 1-7 twices yesterday so I just have the jump split squats today. Interpreting that as 4 each side.
