Day 8 done. I thought I might have to sub in normal lunges for the split squat jumps, but they were fine.

Day 8 done, I dropped out on day 7 last year, so already an improvement 😀. Those jump squats were pretty tricky on my right side due to arthritic toe, but the 4 on my left side were not too shabby.

Rubbish split squat jumps but I did my version I don’t know why but I always struggle with them. Rest done and I did 6 single leg calf raises per leg too.

Almost there gang!

I have an arthritic toe which grumped a little at the mountain climbers yesterday, but I did them with shoes on today and had no problem.

Ah! I will do them with shoes on tomorrow. My arthritic toe has been complaining madly...

8 squats am
7 Squats pm
5 mins rowing
4 Press Ups
3 sets step ups (run too short for efforts)
2 min knee Raises
1 min wall sits
