Good start to the fall challenge Muttley!

Agree with Nellers Jef, 6:46 is highly impressive regardless of how long ago it was, did you clock that time as a lightweight? Good luck with your 2k tomorrow, looking good for sub 7.40 based on that session!

Nice workout Nellers, you did well to keep them all under 1:50! I was going to copy your session, I did a 2k warm up but then decided on an impromptu TT for The Grid competition, chose the short distance this time (a choice of 1k, 4 min or 2k) I did the 1k, had to rate higher than I would have liked to hit this pace, guess I'm lacking a bit of power. Legs like jelly when I stood up šŸ¤£

Thanks both, I was thinking something in the 1:48's would be ok so I was pleasantly surprised.

Even more impressive then Jef, very fast!
I started training for a marathon a couple of times but haven't attempted one yet, maybe one day.

Thinking about doing a marathon row is a sign of failing mental health. Doing one, and even more so doing a 100k, is proof that you need professional help!šŸ˜‰
