Haven't heard the term 'prisoner cake' before - made me smile, thank you. Gooner - I think they would be a bit less calorific than your usual mix from the sounds of it, worth bearing in mind if you're using them for fuel. Would be an interesting experiment to sub some of the butter with peanut butter.
