Some interesting new things mentioned on here today.
I've not had much free time today but had taken puff pastry out of the freezer yesterday to make these
The have cream cheese spread on the base, grated cheddar and mozzarella scattered on that then a healthy dollop of sun-dried tomatoes placed randomly over the surface. Roll them up, cut into discs and bake. They are delicious!
