I think I picked it up on something where you’d switched from in the round to flat. Are your purls twisted? You’ll find them quite tight to knit into. You can untwist them by knitting into back loop, you should find it’s nearer the tip of the needle than the front (where usually the front ‘leg’ is the leading one)
This is where ‘reading’ your knitting is helpful, being able to tell purl from knit, and if it’s mounted the wrong way-I sometimes find this is the case when I’ve tinked or picked up dropped stitches.

Wobbling
I’ve been off work all week with flu. I’ve attempted two crochet projects (pixie slippers and a cushion cover), both have had to be put down coz I’ve either totally messed them up or I’ve found it too tiring. How feeble is that?

Will someone please stop me ordering the latest Attic24 pack please. I've currently got a Moorland and a cosy stripe on the go and a Coast pack waiting to turn into a blanket. I really don't need 2 Woodlands to make a king size for our room...
