Wobbling
I’ve made use of being confined to barracks and created my first crochet cushion cover. I had a pattern but partly because I was a bit off my trolley and partly because the pattern seemed unnecessary complicated I decided to improvise. I used the Attic24 wave pattern and modified it. It’ll be secured with buttons, once I can leave the house to buy some. It’s for our snug which is green & grey, thought it needed a splash of colour. It’s my first project with a yarn cake and I enjoyed it. ravelry.com |

That's lovely W! I've yet to successfully tackle ripple crochet; I tried once on a long flight but sitting jet-lagged in Dubai airport was never going to be the right time to try something new. I'm finishing off a blanket but taking too long about it. It's a CAL where I stuck with it but I'm just not sure I particularly like the result! And the yarn pack gave me about twice as much yarn as I needed so I have lots left over to use for something else (another blanket no doubt...) |

More lovely work, Wobbling - glad you had a little me-time to get that done, and hope you're feeling better now.

Wobbling
My name is Wobbling...and I’m a crafting addict. I decided it was time to tidy my craft room, before the walls of stuff encroached any further and I couldn’t get to my work table. Yarn stash has been sorted by weight. I will not need anymore yarn for years. In tidying the yarn stash I unearthed piles and piles and piles of shredded paper for packing hampers. Evidently at some point I feared there would be a global shortage. I also found three containers I could use for hampers this year. I don’t think I’ve thrown out a gift bag since 2008. I have a problem. I need help. |

LOL Wobbling...I too have enough yarn to last me a good while. I need to start knitting before I contemplate buying any more.
