Hi ,
It looks like you're using an ad blocker.

The revenue generated from the adverts on the site is a critical part of our funding - and it's because of these ads that I can offer the site for free. But using the site for free AND blocking the ads doesn't feel like a great thing to do, which is why this box is so large and inconvenient. Some sites will completely block your access, but I'm not doing that - I'm appealing to your good nature instead. Did you know that you can allow ads for specific sites, whilst still blocking them on others?

Thanks,
Ian Williams aka Fetch

You can still edit - click icon to View/Save the file then Direct Upload to put the edit file in the list to choose from.

Nice time at Wolverhampton- 12th visit in nearly as many years.

With 400 runners today. They are struggling to get enough volunteers.

Followed a gent wearing a vest at parkrun this morning which declared "I'm not far right, just right so far" on it today. Surprised. It's lingered and festered with me a bit too much today.

An "In jest" sort of vibe, or the sort of person who uses "lefty" as an insult.

Wow. I misread that entirely at first.

The latter I think @stevieg I'm ok with political freedom of expression, just felt a very odd event to be wearing that at.

I'd suggest that the correct response is to go up to him, shake his hand and say"I'm glad we can agree that Nigel Farage is a c**t."
