I just logged on to check some results and see adverts for pink parkwalk T-shirts and wristbands.

Tail walker and park walker came in together today about 50 yards behind the final finisher who was a regular.

In fact very few walkers today and I think we were done in less than 50 minutes

Our first parkwalker came in at 39 minutes- he’s super fast and I think it’s great to have a range of walking speeds. My dad has now named him BVM (blue vest man) and is determined to beat him- he got a new PB of 42 minutes today.

Lots of Ambassadors in pink at Newport parkrun 3 weeks ago.

The shirts are indeed very pink!

I jogged round in my parkwalk t shirt this morning because I like the shirt, and got many favourable comments about the colour. (You can buy them from the parkrun shop too, I felt like I should be on some sort of commission!!).
