35:19 for my fakeparkrun around a couple of Bradford's many, many hills. Pleased with that, my second fastest on the route.

Yeah I think a 3 mile warm up on that route would be better then I get a decent flattish mile before the hill.

Okay, it wasnāt pretty, but I did actually manage to run a fake parkrun for the first time in 8 weeks. 25:47 having to really push myself, despite running throughout, doing a few virtual races and even for the last 3 weeks doing āvirtual speed sessions with a mateā (we set up a session on the Garmin), call each other and chat during the warm up and cool down runs and during the interval recoveries), I have lost so much fitness, and what little remaining speed I had.
Well done on your fake parkruns everyone - impressive doing it as part of a longer run LG, and well done on your hilly fakey around Bradford JK!

How foolish of me! I hadnāt realised that fakeparkrun was on Islay this morning. I could have visited my couple of square feet of land that I was given by the Laphroaig distillery whilst I was there š”
