Hi ,
It looks like you're using an ad blocker.

The revenue generated from the adverts on the site is a critical part of our funding - and it's because of these ads that I can offer the site for free. But using the site for free AND blocking the ads doesn't feel like a great thing to do, which is why this box is so large and inconvenient. Some sites will completely block your access, but I'm not doing that - I'm appealing to your good nature instead. Did you know that you can allow ads for specific sites, whilst still blocking them on others?

Thanks,
Ian Williams aka Fetch

3.4 miles easy. In the snow but most of it on the paths and tracks had turned to slush so feet ended up wet and cold quite quick.

A rare easterly at 10pm, 20mph or so, and sideways on to the beach. Sleet & rain had softened up the trails and ridged sand stretched far up the beach. Still, no danger of bumping into anyone tonight! A good hour: lakes, docks, beach, turn at baths and prom & trail back to base.

Snow snuck up on us in the early hours. Fresh snow's a surface I enjoy.

A little over 4 miles mainly on the towpath to the Chesterfield canal

Warm up of about a mile. Dynamic stretching and strides then should have been 5 x 1 min z5 with 2 mins recovery but messed up the settings on the watch and did 1 min recovery instead. Effort one has a little obstruction

Slightly disappointing, jogged 4 miles to my local parkrun only to find it cancelled. However, ran part of the course and returned home with some useful time on feet. I suppose a positive is that it got me up and out on a rare Saturday offπŸ˜€
