Lovely long run 21.5 miles. Plan was for a 3:10 to 3:20 time on feet run. Run was defiantly mixed terrain with road woodlands paths beach prom and even running through a river twice. Called in the Indian at 18 miles to order tea then drove back to fetch it after the run.

My first sub 30 parkrun in 11 months so I’d say I had a good run today.

6.5 miles this morning. Didn’t feel as cold as forecast and enjoyable easy run appreciating the scenery near where I live.

Run/walk 10 hilly miles on the trail over the moor and through and around the woods. A very enjoyable outing 😁
