Ran to work this morning. I made a last minute decision to swap my shorts for run leggins but that was very much the wrong decision. I was way too hot and had to take my jacket off whilst I was running.

Warm up run to bottom of slope to pit top, dynamic stretching then 8 x 1 minute uphill efforts on slope with 2 minute down jog recovery warm down run home. Large mixed kebab and chips, yoga then work.
