Why not have breakfast at home where its cheaper? I exclusively eat breakfast at work: cereal or porridge i've brought in from home (or bought from the supermarket down the road from the office). Also, same as NDWDave, I often run commute and don't want to have to get up an hour early just to eat breakfast before my run. Particularly the getting up bit, as I already leave for work at 6am.
