Practice, Diogenes.

However, the little mouse dot thing in the keyboard between G,H and B, that's all but impossible for me, despite trying.

People travelling all the way to work, get there early and then have breakfast. Which is expensive. Why not have breakfast at home where its cheaper?

[Possibly because they have to leave early and travel a distance to avoid traffic and get parked? Also, I never want breakfast until at least a couple of hours after I get up. Mind you, I would take something with me rather than buy it]

I exclusively eat breakfast at work: cereal or porridge i've brought in from home (or bought from the supermarket down the road from the office). Also, same as NDWDave, I often run commute and don't want to have to get up an hour early just to eat breakfast before my run. Particularly the getting up bit, as I already leave for work at 6am.
