Has been a while so thought I would report in
Yoga has not meant I can defy medical advice and my body still shut down after 2 hours running a solid pace.
However, operation TREE is progressing nicely, give me another week or two and I may get a video loaded to show how a man with stability issues in his ankles can still make progress. :¬) (stability issues, multiple breaks and ligament and tendon problems)

Tried a couple of other multi day courses, but back to Julia Marie's 30 day weight loss challenge! It's our 3rd time through but it's so varied it doesn't seem repetitive

I’ve been thinking about starting a 30 day Adriene. I’m still managing yoga most weekday mornings but I’m often choosing quite short ones. I thought a 30 day thing might get me back into it.

I think the 30 day series are a great way to start/get back into a habit.
