Oops, found myself singing along!

Hopefully it won't be long until you're back out EP.
Thanks for another great list, girlie.

Thanks guys. I managed another 3 mile mince myself so only another 13 to get 400 for the year hopefully before the end of the month.
My shin splints felt a lot better on today's effort. No more painful than usual. These really short runs don't help as it takes me about 2 miles to settle into my groove.

I know EP- however don't make the mistake I did after Ny and I continued to run on an injury, which eventually caused more problems and I ended up taking more time out.

I'm building up again gradually though ( don't want another nagging from Mrs M!)

Thanks for the list Girlie - am slowly climbing up the list:-)

No running for me yesterday unfortunately - life got a bit crazy - Father-in-Law had a heart attack on Saturday night, so hubby went off to Newcastle. I didn't go, but by the time we'd sorted everything out I was knackered and just couldn't get my head round it. F-in-Law seems to be fine btw - they're even talking about letting him out of hospital tomorrow! Seems a bit quick....

Planning a little trot tonight though.

Ok, I've just signed up for this. I am a bit behind, but am getting back into the swing of things. Hopefully, training for Abingdon in the summer should help me along a bit.

Glad to hear FiL is better Treacle.
