Glad you enjoyed it Bear. Now you have a PB to beat for next time! Had a lovely walk - garmin had a wibble and added on 3 miles in 3 seconds. Actually did about 8.8 miles, and got back to the car just as the rain started.

Not me, with only managing 9 miles does to stuff!!!

Well done on the race, BB, a nice time - you can aim to get under the hour for the next 10k without it being too difficult a target!

Got in another 7 miles this evening so a bit of a low mileage week for me too due to 4 day holiday. Got a 15 mile race next Sunday so that will bump up my mileage a bit.

Will Crash
I managed to wrestle my 8 month old son to bed, not that it was difficult as he was cream crackered.....so to was his brother..........loads of fresh air today!!!
