Another longest ever run today, 20 miles along the canal towpath. Felt really good and felling confident for the Edinburgh Marathon now

20 miles for me, great run in a sun drenched Aberdeen. Now that's something you don't get to say too often !! First run in my SKINS tights too, like them a lot. Just entered Hastings mara in December, thinking of doing the Dunfermline half before Edinburgh marathon too. Best of luck in Embra derooster

Got a surprise PB yesterday at the Langdale 10K (yay!), but unfortunately behind my target by 1.97 miles. Maybe I need to plan another half mara, so that I can get my miles up again!

I survived it, in fact, I really enjoyed it. In fact I bl**dy loved it!! I forecast 1:02 and did it in 1:02:05 so pretty close poor runner but I may have a future as Gypsy Rose Bear!!!

No miles this week, been resting in the sun in Portugal. Back 2mrw :-[ so the miles will start clocking up, except when doing tri training.
