Hi ,
It looks like you're using an ad blocker.

The revenue generated from the adverts on the site is a critical part of our funding - and it's because of these ads that I can offer the site for free. But using the site for free AND blocking the ads doesn't feel like a great thing to do, which is why this box is so large and inconvenient. Some sites will completely block your access, but I'm not doing that - I'm appealing to your good nature instead. Did you know that you can allow ads for specific sites, whilst still blocking them on others?

Thanks,
Ian Williams aka Fetch

Thanks all, and yes WW, I last ran it in 2014, had a bit of a horror show due to poor pacing so I have some demons to slay regardless of the time I run.

Love a 10 mile road race, they are too few and far between!

Good luck for Sunday, Mark! Are you really the only one here doing a spring marathon with a 3:15 target? How times have changed!

I’m doing Boston (UK) on Sunday

I think I might be going for 3.15. I can’t quire decide if I’m in 315 shape though!

I did Ashby 20 a few weeks ago bang on pace. It’s a hilly one and I don’t really do hills. I suppose worse case scenario is I get to 20 miles on pace then die a death

Good luck - I can't even do a 5k at that pace these days!

I did however claim my 30,000 miles badge this morning. Not bad for someone who never considered themselves a runner once upon a time.
