Hi ,
It looks like you're using an ad blocker.

The revenue generated from the adverts on the site is a critical part of our funding - and it's because of these ads that I can offer the site for free. But using the site for free AND blocking the ads doesn't feel like a great thing to do, which is why this box is so large and inconvenient. Some sites will completely block your access, but I'm not doing that - I'm appealing to your good nature instead. Did you know that you can allow ads for specific sites, whilst still blocking them on others?

Thanks,
Ian Williams aka Fetch

Morning X Post - - Iโ€™ll probably aiming for 3:15 at London after 1:28 half at Fleet where I fell over and erased 2 weeks of training. Back at it - rubbish 3x 2 miles today in training shoes HR VERY HIGH. RHR and HRV good - hoping itโ€™s pace in shoes into wind and nothing sinister. Is Red Lion still open?

Presumably someone is watching the race and getting marathon fever even though they planned on not doing it again? ๐Ÿ‘€

Six years since my last marathon and I am getting older. Not quite sure what I would be capable of these days. Itโ€™s just a thought for now and would need to be 2027 which is my 60th year and giving me next year to aim for a GFA

Your 5k time is suggesting you'd be good for the sub 3:15 if you set your mind to it. Well, based off mine being very similar and I'm about the same age as you (58 next week).

Do it Bazo! Throw a ballot entry in, try for a GFA but definitely do it again if you can. If Iโ€™d known 2016 would be my last London Iโ€™d have enjoyed it more !! Looks warm today - tracking my sister.
