Evening Thanks @Bowman ๐ธ๐ช and @Windsor Wool. The road to Maravan in November as already started with the work I am doing to help prevent the injuries happening again. Start a new job end of April with a later start time in the evening so that will help get more runs in before work. |

I've entered Abingdon! I always knew I would... and whilst there no suggestion of it selling out soon, I figured it may do after the upcoming spring marathons and they may have less general entries on offer due to the English / Welsh Masters being held as part of the race.

Interesting coaching session today. I blogged about it. Some of you may find it interesting (ish), too. fetcheveryone.com/blog-share.php?id=498130

You seem to be in a nice calm and settled place @Mark J ๐ณ๐ฟ. Whatโs the weather like for running at the moment? Excellent Clare. IRRC you have run it before but perhaps a few years ago now? I doubt itโs changed much tbh! |

Compared my marathon PB in 30 minute chunks here fetcheveryone.com/training/20410268/minutes/30 which suggests I was at 159/160 which is 96% of my LT2 (measured about 18 months later) of 165. Admittedly I didn't speed up at the end, I had a small fade but only pretty marginal; a couple of minutes max. OTOH my HR was more stable than Dr Will's model for the first 2 hours; locked into that 159/160. |

Iโve got a 10 miler in the calendar for Good Friday. Was similarly thinking that 70 might be a good target but going to be influenced by where your runs comes out Baz!! I did run that 18:37 5k on Tuesday but itโs not a fair indicator given that Iโve only run 260 miles so far this YEAR. |

Good luck, gents, run those well. Those times look sand-baggy (and that's saying something coming from me!), but whatever comes out at the other end of the sausage machine will be what it will be.
