I did a marathon TT on Saturday, fairly happy with a 2:47 given I ran it solo and bit of stop/start for drinks and few gaps on the circuits at the end. Just nice to know that training is going well since I started back running in September after 2 years of doing very very little. strava.app.link Aim for the year is Berlin so hope it will go ahead. |

That's a great solo run Damo. You must be well chuffed with that. Certainly should be anyway!

Serious effort Damo, very impressive. Bonus points for being able to lift your arms up afterwards 💪

Top running Damo, what would you be targeting in a proper race? Do you reckon being in a bunch would give you a ‘free’ 5-10 seconds per mile? |

A solo, fast marathon is an impressive achievement from a psychological point of view!
