After hitting 278 days last year and stopping due do my dogs illness I am now on day 8 of a streak of a different kind - Dog Running! I didn't really want to run everyday with her but as long as we keep it shortish and on softer surfaces I'll see how it goes (It can't be too much more impact than letting her run off lead everyday). She is a very high energy dog She does pull however with her canicross harness so I tend to go a little faster than I would like so I think I will end up injured before her!! |

I’ve done parkrun on crutches twice in a week Dunc - only streak I was saving was my parkrun one. Looking forward to it’s return although I’ve lost the early morning run habit since lockdown started. Think I’m genetically an Owl rather than a play.acast.com 8M with 3x1M on day #155. The real test will come on day #166 as I’m racing a marathon in 10 days 😳 |

I’m very much a morning runner, bed by 10:30 and I like to be out at 5am, sometimes this gets earlier as the sunrise does!

I'm usually a morning runner but when it's sub-zero, my lungs don't enjoy the cold air, so I run later. As it gets earlier, then I will get up and run before work.
