Well done jelly.
Do you know how many miles you’ve covered during this streak? Pleasing number CW 4.3 miles on #148 here.

This is my longest streak FJ, previously I’d run every day last July then took a day off!
Garmin says 4965.5kms which is what I run in! Google convert says that’s 3085! Fetch says that’s 3080 miles!

Mr. K.
Maybe a daft couple of questions but asked during this morning Club Run..
What is the minimum distant that counts towards a run streak and does it need to need to be a run?
I guess Ron Hill did OTT when he streaked.
Thanks muchly.

I’m no expert but I think 1 mile is a minimum streak although I’ve not needed a streak saver! if I’m doing a big event I just cut my mileage down beforehand, I think my shortest run has been 5k!

1 mile is the usual distance as a saver generally speaking. Hi Mr K, how are you?!

It's entirely up to you Mr K. I take the view that if you have got changed and gone out of the door then the length of the run is immaterial. My shortest is .5 miles walk/run then a .5 mile run back to my sick bed, to see if there was any way that i could possibly run the county champs that afternoon. There wasn't. The 12 miles I ran today was nowhere near as difficult.

Hi Mr K!
The rules according to the Streak Runners International group (www.runeveryday.com) is that it must be a continuous mile per day to count. It used to have a time limit on it but not now. Things like waiting to cross the road are still part essentially of the continual mile - it's more to stop people doing it in bits across the day I think.
However, it's an honour system so essentially it's your streak - but no cross trainers (common question).

I used to go by one mile in under 15 minutes otherwise it’s a brisk walk . But as said above you can be creative and it’s about self honesty.
