If I do a trail mile then depending upon terrain that can take 14 minutes for me (slowcoach) but I can't actually walk a complete mile in 15 minutes or less.

I usually say a mile in under 15 mins. I can power walk that fast (useful if sick or injured) but that's more effort than just jogging very slowly!! Less bouncey though I guess.
Not run yet today, but when I do, it will be 716 days. 2 years soon.

Vixx - some of my trail miles are closer 20 mins! 😂😂 doesn't matter in the middle of a long run though.

I’ve done mile streaksavers on crutches in under 15 minutes while waiting for stress fracture to heal . (Obviously against recommended advice 🙄) I never fessed up to the doctors either!

There's a documentary on Amazon Prime that I watched last week about Kilian Journet. He injured himself and was running in a boot before the doc had cleared him.

I’ve not seen the Streak Runner website before. There are a couple of guys on streaks of over 50 years 😳. I can safely say I won’t ever get there.

Ron Hill's record of 52 years is within about 6 months of being broken I think.
