1000 days of unbroken blogging

There was, you recall, a prize of a pair of hand-knitted socks to be won by a random winner. Not being attracted by prizes, I started my own daily blogging a bit late and gave it up after more than a year, but I don't know how many days it came to in all. I'd just like to put on record my thanks to those who've persevered, and all other bloggers.
