4.5 miles for day 137...clammy here, drizzly and not quite as cool as I'd like it to be right now! Hopefully the cloud doesn't burn off here...that will keep the temperature down, if it keeps that yellow orb out of the sky!

17 degrees and over cast here. Perfect conditions after the last few days of sweating.
Only problem is, I've got a swollen leg/calf from a horse fly bite. Waiting on a GP ring-back appointment, expecting antibiotics. Hopefully will be able to run later, well I think it will be a power walk mile...

Tea tree oil cackleberry...works for all kinds of things like that! I've used it on accidentally infected wounds in the dim and distant past...hit head on something years ago, got a cut that I ignored, it swelled up, tea tree fixed it nicely, within a few days of dedicated application.

Those bites are nasty, hope you get something for it. We are battling mozzies here and seems they quite like the taste of us two! Hope the swelling goes down soon, not nice
I went over to Mersea in the end to pick up a SUP pump and as it was nicely breezy on the beach I snaffled in a little two miler and then An ice cream Perfect!!

Nice going FRU! I've always wanted to try SUPing...they are rather pricey and I don't know how often I'd get to use it. Now if we were in Canada in the town MiL lives, I'd get a lot of use from it.
