The next 10 days will be slow shuffles on the treadmill for me. Had surgery last night to remove a cyst (harmless but uncomfortable) from the base of my scalp. 1 mile done keeping my heart rate low, and the streak is saved...

I always do a bit more on any distance just to make sure! Thanks UcTTrunk and Nord Rundeer. Storm has passed now thank goodness. 4.1 miles done to keep up this streak that was never intended 😂. |
