R U sure, would you not need to split it into 2 runs, manual upload would go by the start date?

I did split it into 2 runs. One before midnight and one after.

I upload everything manually. I quite often accidentally post walks as runs and vice versa (I loaded a walk as a run only yesterday afternoon). You can edit entries as needed including time. I only include distance, surface and hilliness mind. I can’t see a problem of entering say 15 mins starting at 11-45pm and a further 15 mins starting at midnight as two separate runs. It’s your training after all
I broke up a 22 mile walk starting early evening and finishing at something like 1am recently into two walks and a run (I ran the last mile or so because I was ready for getting home). I only enter one distance for the day if I walk twice or three times (I’m not in the habit of running three times per day)

Today’s run was as good as yesterday’s was bad😳 Very content with pace and distance considering the heat, humidity, and oh er carrying 7kg weight 😀

Is the 7 kilo what you’ve put back on after being ‘below par’ earlier in the week Dunc?

I’d need 14 kilo. I’m used to running carrying 7 to 10 kilo

LOL, and that reminds me of seeing some runner years ago in my travels carrying a pair of dumbbells. I'm not sure why, aside from wanting a little extra weight to drag about with him.
