I'm on board for attempting to finish strong - November had some good bits but over all was slightly disappointing.
Let's do this!
:continues to sit almost motionless in from of laptop for yet another meeting:

Due to start of year "must eat for training" and "lockdown sulking" I have lost over a stone now Lightest for 12 months more to go but in the right direction and with a vaccine around the corner I believe there is a strong chance that my events will happen too :-D

November was good for running but rubbish for everything else. Although my mental health has massively improved. In December I'm going to climb and swim.

EP you are finishing strong enough for all of us I think. No pressure
I had an awesome climbing session last night. Feeling strong and definitely more confident to climb with 'good' climbers. Even beginning to believe I'm becoming a 'good(ish)' climber myself. I was finally able to 'commit' to some tricky moves.
I don't think I'll manage the night swim this week because I have the osteo tomorrow lunch time and she will tell me to do nothing for the rest of the day. Hopefully manage the night ride on Thurs - I even very firmly declined a meeting so I could finish early enough

No Pix, but I guess I have a lot of internet friends who are and I've picked up the habit from my misspent youth in dingy backroom fora.

I had a solid November, starting with my highest age grade for a year in an actual 10k race. 162 miles of running, some of it a bit faster than my normal running, and 12 slightly progressive sessions in the garage with the sticks and discs. The end of last week was a little ignominious. Too much work. I'm on to that.
For December, I'm thinking, get my cycling mileage for the year up to 2000 miles (91 miles to go), get my running mileage up to 1,750 miles (195 miles to go) and continue to lift weights twice a week. And avoid virtual challenges, Fetch games, and other distractions.

Linds - your middle sentence knocks everything else into a cocked hat.
I would quite like a cocked hat as I believe they are those late 18th century three cornered affairs. Soooo romantic. However if Napoleon's hat is also a cocked hat I don't want one of those.
V-rap: VERY solid!
However: 'Avoid virtual challenges, Fetch games, and other distractions.' Am currently taking that with a pinch of Pink Himalayan Mountain Salt in a beaker of Unicorn Tears.
