Some really great posts, you lot!
If it actually made sense and meant anything I'd say I'M PROUD OF YOU!
What I am is happy that the Nov-Deckers are doing so many THINGS.

Halfpint your week was properly dead good. You should be well pleased with yourself for squelching those tiny demons that stop you actually enjoying yourself!

Good news for swimmers and climbers - I'm hoping the Athletics Centre in north London will open again. Track down here should do too so Dec might not be that bad.

Welcome to December people (WTF? really?)
Well my training log goes back to 2005 - I start December having already done 50hrs more training than ever before!
So November - daily reading and meditation done! And Today I weighed in at 84.7kg so lighter too woo hoo
So who is up for a strong finish to 2020 (lets get this year finished please! and don't come back!!)?
