Derby Tup
I cheated first time I did it back around 2011. I quit at about 30 to avoid having to start at a higher level
From memory if you proceed there’s a huge leap in reps and no of sets around week four
When I did it before I basically gave up at that stage But, then a couple of weeks later managed the 200, while bored one evening in an Asian hotel room
The 200 this week was relatively easy. I’ve been doing 50 to 100 four or five times per week

I have been climbing. I’m booked in for tonight as well. It’s been a bugger of a week and I feel like my scrolling has been way too much. I’m meeting a friend for coffee tomorrow though. Now the decorator has finished his bits I need to finish my contributions to the hallway. This involves more scary electrical stuff, re-hanging radiators and painting things. I need some art work too.
