I love the 30 plank day challenge that goes from 20 seconds to 5 minutes. No-one can achieve that surely?!!!

Maybe it's not meant to be accomplished in 30 days as such. Maybe one can repeat a given day several times over before moving on to the next day in the sequence.

sounds great. the planks and squats look a bit more interesting that the ones I'm doing anyway.

There does seem to be a nice variety, and at the end of the challenges you can then choose ones that you "like" to put into your own workouts :)

Lil's one looks more than achieveable, Russell, to complete that one you'd need to either already be nearly fit enough to complete day 30 at the start or just be superman!

I'm doing the #RunStrongerChallenge at the moment. Due to a cold mid-December I'm lagging behind by a good week but I'll just continue into January so that I will have completed all set exercises.
