I love the 30 plank day challenge that goes from 20 seconds to 5 minutes. No-one can achieve that surely?!!!

Maybe it's not meant to be accomplished in 30 days as such. Maybe one can repeat a given day several times over before moving on to the next day in the sequence.

Lil's one looks more than achieveable, Russell, to complete that one you'd need to either already be nearly fit enough to complete day 30 at the start or just be superman!
