So a new month is starting. Perhaps I should aim to do some core exercises again. What shall I do? How about some press-ups and a few planks? I used to like doing press-ups about 15 years ago, I was quite good at them then.

If is to help with your running you couldn't do much worse than starting off with Kinetic Revolution 30 day challenge. Google it.
