I'm currently following the Bulletproof Runners program from Kinetic Revolution. £15 a month but I don't pay for a gym so all good.
I love this thread 😀

About half way, RS, and I was really enjoying it but have had to take a break as the balance work was messing with my broken toe.
I will definitely start again once the toe is healed.
I believe Liliaicha does the Bulletproof Runners subscription thing, too.

Yup, I love Bulletproof Runners! Makes me work really hard, and I've stuck to it for nearly 6 months, and only missed a couple of sessions - lots of motivation within the group and I think James Dunne is fantastic, not just helping the group, but is always happy to answer individual questions.

Back to yoga tomorrow after a couple of weeks off because my teachers have been on retreat. I've forgotten most of the Ashtanga sequence.

TT - 3 or usually 4 times a week - I run 5 times a week, but I'm always too wrecked after a long run to then do the strength and conditioning exercises!
