Hi ,
It looks like you're using an ad blocker.

The revenue generated from the adverts on the site is a critical part of our funding - and it's because of these ads that I can offer the site for free. But using the site for free AND blocking the ads doesn't feel like a great thing to do, which is why this box is so large and inconvenient. Some sites will completely block your access, but I'm not doing that - I'm appealing to your good nature instead. Did you know that you can allow ads for specific sites, whilst still blocking them on others?

Thanks,
Ian Williams aka Fetch

The trouble with a daily routine is that it gets boring after a week or so.

I started the Runtastic SixPack app this morning - will add a plank on at the end on days there isn't one. It's not much, but enough to keep in the routine

They always say that core is the only thing you can do every day, whereas legs, shoulders, arms etc you need one day off in between.

We do the leg driver things and various other core in Pilates class. It's all good. So I prob do most of this about 3 or poss even 4 times per week already. Right, I won't try and do daily plank (phew! glad I talked myself out of that!) :-) G

I could probably do with doing some hamstring strengthening. I get a sore tendon behind/to the right of my right knee when cycling any distance. Any idea of exercises I can do without gym equipment?

That's a good vid maT.T. Do you find them as good as the guy says? Like, he was saying after first trying one of them he couldn't walk properly for 4 days :P

I'm on phone at the moment. Is there not lots of such links over there >>>>>

Reps? I'd go with however you are doing that day. No need to do 4 different hamstring exercises in one session. Just pick one and do 3 sets of up to 15 depending how you feel. Just do as part of your strength routine.

Couldn't walk properly for 4 days? He is either a big bessie or has something to sell ;-)
