Yes, I noticed that. I thought I wouldn't draw anyone's attention to it.

Because I do classes, I tend to do 2 x per week, every week. My extras that I should do (but often fail to!) is an extra core session by myself 1 x per week, plus some swim, which I haven't done for ages. G

I don';t do any classes. Alwyas mean to do stuff at home, but rarely do. I did (eventually) manage that plankathon thing, though.

Stumbled across this thread 7 days ago! thanks for the ideas and motivation to start a 30 day challenge based on the links over there >>>>. On day 7 and that's 80 squats, 3 x 45 sec planks, 30 push ups and 50 crunches done!

I'm noticing a difference after just a week, but I'll need more than 30 days to get my gut into shape! So quite happy to participate in another challenge if you folks want to go for it.

I liked the idea of the two challenges Liliaichi suggested on page 207, but i'm rubbish at planks, a bit overweight and have had a few injuries the past 4 months so wanted to start at a bit more basic level. Here's the challenge that i'm following http://starecat.com/content/wp-content/uploads/challenges-squats-push-ups-planks-crunches.jpg, I found this after reading about the 200 sit up challenge on the right.
