weighed myself this morning after yesterdays #2 day and am currently
13st 4lbs so have shifted some. Still along way to go!!

Stick with the fasting days, i reckon it takes 2 weeks to showreal weight loss.

I weighed yesterday lost 2lb. Need to get another fast day in this week. Well done LM. Do you find on fasting days one meal is better than 2 or 3 really small meals?

Had breakfast and that was it. If I ate toast or something like that at tea time I would of been in trouble and ended up picking. How about you MB ??
Did a bonk run into work this morning just under 10 miles with my pack pack loaded...........Hard work but good

I've been having two mini meals but thinking about food a lot in between meals. I'll try having the whole lot in the afternoon next time see if that's better. Wow that is hardcore training! Good fat burner I bet

I'm having mini meals too. Skip breakfast, small lunch and small dinner. Attempted a large breakfast this morning but canteen didn't do scrambled egg and I didn't fancy greasy fried breakfast.
