Hi ,
It looks like you're using an ad blocker.

The revenue generated from the adverts on the site is a critical part of our funding - and it's because of these ads that I can offer the site for free. But using the site for free AND blocking the ads doesn't feel like a great thing to do, which is why this box is so large and inconvenient. Some sites will completely block your access, but I'm not doing that - I'm appealing to your good nature instead. Did you know that you can allow ads for specific sites, whilst still blocking them on others?

Thanks,
Ian Williams aka Fetch

😁

I think my extensive training will bring me to peak fitness for Sunday

Last marathon 2017
Weight 1lb lighter now

Total training in 2017 125 hrs
2020 270+ hours

Less running but much more training overall

I did 7hrs 31 in 2017

I’m thinking of a canal route now as a nod to the lake/river of outlaw

Well done EP. You’ve worked really hard this month. It’s quite inspiring.

I have booked onto a social bike ride on Sat. A friend had booked already but it’s still pushing the boundaries. It would be amazing if my new bike arrived in time but I think it’s unlikely. Tonight I decided that I need to drop back to beginners Jennis workouts for a bit until the tiredness/dizziness resolves (2 months now). Hopefully it will allow me to get back in the habit.
