Wowsers! Yes, something like that, but at least A2 size (that one will be teeny in real life) so that you can write War and Peace in every box. Future Pixie will thank you

Thanks both! This will work for me too. I'd always thought I'd have to draw something myself but of course I can BUY a planner, with tear off pages or something. I will investigate Johnnie Loulou on Wednesday.

I like the process of drawing up a grid, with all the straight lines and precision, but it's one of those things that can become a distraction from actual training and it's better to pay to outsource it.

I like to ‘collect’ training but rarely bother planning it. However, there’s something very satisfying about getting to the end of a week, or month and my target being achieved (I’m trying to do a minimum of a hundred miles / month walking this year and last night got to 97 miles) I’m not the kind of personality to write-up in advance what I will do three weeks on Wednesday. It’s common for me to go out for a run and not know where I’ll go even after I’ve set off. I’m genuinely enjoying running atm like I think I very rarely have in the past and my informal approach is a big part of that

I will quote my motto at you! 'Wanting something enough is not enough. Doing enough is what works.' Crackin' stuff, EP! x |
