Hi ,
It looks like you're using an ad blocker.

The revenue generated from the adverts on the site is a critical part of our funding - and it's because of these ads that I can offer the site for free. But using the site for free AND blocking the ads doesn't feel like a great thing to do, which is why this box is so large and inconvenient. Some sites will completely block your access, but I'm not doing that - I'm appealing to your good nature instead. Did you know that you can allow ads for specific sites, whilst still blocking them on others?

Thanks,
Ian Williams aka Fetch
or for an ad-free Fetcheveryone experience!

Oh, the stress of having to make those extra clicks of the mouse ;)

(I've never used the training plan function on Fetch. My sessions don't exist until I've done them.)

Maybe plan, print and delete, Pix? If I make a plan I print off a grid and fill it in by hand, but more often it just sits there as a coloured shape in my head.

You need to fit in three different disciplines, Pixie - I can quite understand the desire for an adaptable plan.

I love a plan - but have not been able to get the Fetch one to work for me. I carry round lots of bits of paper with various print outs and have brought back to London an empty grid just waiting to be filled in. I NEVER get it quite right... but live in hope.

I was thinking the fetch plan may not work!
I am naturally a very organised person at work but never managed too well with a training plan!
So nows the time to nail the habit.
This time last year my PT was giving me guidelines and I was doing the same thing each week
No I am WFH I have a little bit more flexibility but swimming is harder as I have to get the timing right to book the sessions! It's also just swim and they don't like you to do speed work *heavy breathing!* or stop at the end

I know what you mean - the booking and checking and train times all make things more complicagted for me too. 'Just' running is easier, you put your trainers on (if they're not on already) and walk out ot the door. If you need specific premises for something it's harder...

I think you need a BIG training plan, Pix. A month-to-view wallchart-sized grid with each day's box divided into three sports + other stuff, a column for "this week" information, and lots of coloured pens.
