Excellent work and motivating, all! it has been a good month all round I think.

Having made the heart breaking decision to give up rugby for now, last night Sam and I took two of the dogs for a run together, and it was lovely.

This will be my newt going into October, though we'll have to start doing it at lunchtime rather than after work as we're not really supposed to be in the woods after dark (it's a nature reserve, crashing around there with head torches and the natural predator of many of most of them, even if safely harnessed, can't be good for the protected wildlife), as well as continuing with Joker and the S&C work.

And a very good month for you too, Mr. Tup! You seem to have hit a productive balance between spontaneity and commitment. I like it - flexible planning by any other name.

For me 'I'll do something today/this week/this month' is just too vague but knowing you're bright enough to fit ambitions to circumstances means the 'something' becomes done thing.

Have to say I'm impressed with almost everyone. Not sure who the slackers are, just thought I'd throw it in to be controversial and to prove I am Nasty not Lovely.

Oh Pix and V-rap - thanks to you two I'm nipping into London's Sparkling West End this morning in search of a big wall planner. (That's actually big fold-uppable planner that will fit on my table).
